An 80,000 sf two-floor medical center. The facility is divided into eleven separate medical suites that include an outpatient surgery center, medical imaging center, MRI services, community urgent care, endoscopy center, pediatric clinics, laboratory services, and physician office space. The exterior of the center was designed to relate to the natural views of the greater Front Range. This was accomplished by the building’s placement on the site and the choices of materials and colors.
