A new 800 acre development designed around an 18-hole golf course created by Jim Engh.  The project incorporates a wide range of uses including mixed use, office, patio home lots, and estates.  Extreme care was taken to design with the spectacular topography of the site, creating a place that fits comfortably into its surrounding.
