This neighborhood center is anchored by a supermarket and drug store with retail, offices, a bank, and restaurants. The design features a community pavilion, a neighborhood events plaza, and a market plaza for outdoor farmer’s markets, which all prioritize pedestrian circulation. Road medians were also designed.
