A residential and commercial development project located on 1.31 acres at the entrance of the Steamboat Ski Area. The goal was to create a new gateway to Steamboat's ski base area by constructing a world-class quality mixed-use development. The Highmark includes commercial and retail uses, a pedestrian plaza and a health club at the street level, condominiums on the upper floors, and an underground parking structure.
