A new First National Bank Branch facility defining the Western “Gatepost” of the Centerra development in Loveland.  The two-story bank facility will consist of over 16,000 s.f. including approximately 4,000 s.f. of leasable office space with a 1,000 square foot drive thru tenant on the first floor.
