A 32,000 s.f. mixed use building located in Old Town Fort Collins. The project required the renovation of a 13700 s.f. office building and the addition of 17900 s.f.. The additional square footage is located on a new second, third and fourth floor level. The first floor houses a local engineering firm. Nineteen residential condominium units are located on the second, third and fourth floors. The existing basement has residential storage units and office space.
