A golf course development that is designed to enhance the natural attributes of the area and protect the environment.  The project design contains 53 acres of general open space, an eighteen-hole golf course, and approximately 300 lots for estate homes and condominiums.  The Club at Black Rock also includes a clubhouse; driving range, practice greens, parking facilities and an equestrian center with stables and bridle trails.
