Architectural Description:  Preliminary design of a 100,000 s.f. mixed used building. The project will include a below grade parking structure, retail spaces on the main level, office spaces on the second and third levels and residential loft style apartments on the upper floors.  The residential portion will include approximately 36 units.
Landscape Description:  Planning and Design services for a 6 story 120,000 s.f. mixed-use building to be located in Downtown Fort Collins.  The country French provincial style project includes an underground parking structure, retail space on the main level, office space on the second level and thirty-one loft style luxury condominiums located on the remaining four levels.  Steps, seat walls, seasonal planters and special paving promote visual interest for the pedestrian in this urban downtown setting.
