A 120,000 s.f. Budweiser distributing facility that contains a 60,000 s.f. controlled environment warehouse with a 40,000 s.f. shipping and receiving area. The corporate offices are at the front of the building with administration, operations, and hospitality spaces. These areas were designed with high end finishes and furnishings. The project also included extensive sitework and landscaping.
